今日は Aventura Mall へ映画 「X-Men First Class」を観に行きました。
これは2000年から映画化されたシリーズ3作よりも前の話で、
1962年のキューバ危機のころの設定です。
We went to the movie "X-Men First Class" at Aventura Mall.
This is the former story than the three X-Men series that were filmed from 2000.
The film is set primarily in 1962 during the Cuban Missile Crisis,
and focuses on the relationship between Professor X and Magneto.
今まで、X-Men と言えば
ヒュー・ジャックマン(Wolverine) 、パトリック・スチュワート(Professor X)
そして、イアン・マッケーリン(Magneto)がはまり役だったと思いますが
今回登場する、Professor X もMagneto も若々しく全く違う印象でした。
ヒュー・ジャックマン は今回ゲスト出演しています。
The film stars James McAvoy as Professor X and Michael Fassbender as Magneto.
Hugh Jackman has a cameo in this film.
ミュータントは迫害を受ける人種的、宗教的マイノリティの象徴として
人種差別問題を取り上げている映画とも言われているこのシリーズ。
今作でも「ミュータントであることを誇りに思う」
という言葉がとても印象的でした。
ジェームス・マッカヴォイは「NARNIA」のMr.Tumnus のイメージと
ずいぶん違いました。。。
This film, X-Men, billed as the story that take up the issue of racism.
The words "Mutant and Proud", were impressive.
さて家でお留守番していたレアのために
ビアードパパのシュークリームを買って帰りました。
Mommy bought cream puffs of Beard Papa's for Lea.
クリームはバニラ、抹茶、チョコレート
シューがサクッとしていておいしいです。
This puff shells are crispy and delicious.
