美しい色、おいしい色 Blue, Green and Brown

今日もいい天気です。

空がとてもきれいで、大きな雲がぽかりぽかりと浮かんでいます。

It's a beautiful day today!

The sky was so blue and big clouds were floating in the sky.

レアも張り切って散歩に出かけましたが、

まだ暑い!!

Lea went for a walk but,

it's still hot!!

少し日陰になっているところを散策しました。

緑がきれいです。

 

Lea took a walk through the shade area.

The green was beautiful.

さて、家に戻りましょう。

アスファルトは暑いね。

 Let's go back home.

The asphalt must be hot.

家に戻るとすぐにお水を飲みに行ったレア

一休みしなくっちゃ

Lea drank water as soon as she entered her house.

I've gotta have some slack....

今日は夕飯の後、マミィはカステラを焼きました。

新聞紙で型を作りアルミホイルで覆ったものを使います。

After diner, mommy baked sponge cake.

Mommy use this as mold.

材料は家にあるもので簡単に作れます。

卵　8個

砂糖　300ｇ

はちみつ　大４

強力粉　200ｇ

The ingredients are simple.

Egg, sugar, honey and bread flour.

家庭で作れるカステラのレシピも色々あるようですが

マミィは20年以上前にオレンジページに掲載されたレシピを愛用しています。

 There are various recipes of sponge cake.

Mommy love this recipe 

that was published on the Japanese magazine more than 20 years ago.

こんがりきれいなキツネ色。 

明日ダディが帰って来るので、一緒に食べようね。

The surface is perfect brown.
