今年は本当に雨が少ないです。

雨が降らないので、レアはいつもお散歩に行けます。

We don't have rain this year.

Lea is always able to go for a walk

because of no rain.

運転中にバケツをひっくり返したようなシャワーに出会うと

前の車のテールランプを頼りに走るような感じでとても恐いので

出先での心配が今のところありません。

When we encounter heavy rain while we are driving,

we cannot see surface of the road, and the only way to drive is just follow a car in front.

It is so scary.

We don't need to worry about it now,

because of  no rain.

でも、本格的に水不足が心配されています。

オキチョビ湖の水位がかなり下がっているそうです。

昨日の午後にはまたブラッシュファイアーが発生し

火の手が広がりつつあります。

The fire first began on Sunday at around 2 p.m. 

 More than a thousand acres will be burned. 

It's now out of the conservation area.

水不足による作物への影響も心配されています。

庭の芝生も渇き気味です。

早く雨が降るといいですね～
