隙を狙って攻撃!　パンチ!!

Exploit opportunity and attack immediately.  Punch!!  

相手が倒れたところで激しく揺さぶりをかけ

Take that opportunity, worry the partner.

急所を狙います。

Home thrust!! 

相手をうつぶせにして、押さえ込み

レアの一本勝!!

Turn the partner over on his face and hold.

Lea win!! Ippon victory!!
