先日のハリケーンアイリーンで被害を受けた
プエルトリコで救助された犬達が、フロリダに送られてきました。
Dania beach で飼い主になってくれる人を探していると
今朝のニュースが伝えていました。
A group of volunteers has brought some dogs to South Florida,
they rescued from Puerto Rico where affected by hurricane Irene
and the animals are now up for adoption.
Today's news said.
犬の鳴き声を聞いて、レアもずっと見ていました。
Lea was watching this news because Lea heard dog barking.
「目があったのよ!」とうれしそうに引き取ることを決めた人。
This lady decided to adopt one dog.
"He looked to me! "she said perkily.
みんな新しい家が早く決まるといいですね。
我が家は引き取ることはできないのですが、
おもちゃの寄付なども受け付けているそうです。
レアが全く手をつけていないおもちゃがあるので、持って行ってあげる？
Lea wish that all of the dog are adopted soon.
If you are not able to adopt a dog,
they accept toys for dogs.
Lea has a lot of toys that she never play with,
" I bring some toys for them."
アイリーンはカリブの島々、そして北東エリアニュージャージなどに
かなり大きな被害を与えました。
幸いフロリダは被害がありませんでしたが、まだまだ続くハリケーンシーズン
このようなニュースは他人事ではありません。
Hurricane Irene brought damage to
Caribbean islands and the northeast area, New Jersey etc.
Fortunately, we didn't suffer any damage this time, but
hurricane season still continue.
We have to remember that this can happen to us, too.
今日は午後から雨が続き、雷も鳴ったのでお散歩に出かけられないレアですが
被害があったわけではないので、恵みの雨と感謝しましょう。
でも、その分の運動不足は解消しなくっちゃ!
Lea was not able to go for a walk today
because the rain continued from the afternoon, and the thunder sounded, too

"It's OK! but Play with me instead of walking.!!"
