油断禁物‼ You should be careful!!

週始めから、ハリケーンアイリーンがフロリダ半島に接近すると

毎日ニュースが伝えています。

金曜日にはカテゴリー3～4規模になると言われていたので、

学校がお休みになるかもと

ボーイズは期待しているのですが……

Hurricane Irene is on its way to Florida peninsular,

they said on the news every day from the beginning of this week.

It is said that it will grow in size by Friday morning

Boys are looking forward to temporary closed classes on Friday.......

今日もいいお天気。日差しが強いです。
油断するとすぐに日焼けをします。

先日、マミィはレアの帽子を見つけてきました。

The other day, mommy found the hat for Lea.

これは、特に犬用というわけではありません。

Sawgrass Mill Mallに新しく出来たアクセサリーショップで見つけたのですが、

ちょうどレアにぴったりのサイズだったので買いました。

ハリケーンの影響か、今日は風も強く

お散歩に出かけた時はとても暑く、晴れているのに

途中で雨がパラパラと降り始めました。

The wind was strong today because it's the influence of the hurricane.

When Lea went for a walk, it was hot and the sky was blue but it even sprinkled a little bit.

ハリケーンや地震など自然災害はやはり怖いです。

昨日は、バージニア州でマグニチュード5.8の地震がありました。

大きな被害は無かったようですが、アメリカ東部では67年ぶりの規模だったそう。

原発2基も停止したそうです。

先日の旅行中だったら……と思ってしまいました。

We mus not underestimate power of mother nature.

An unusually strong magnitude 5.8 earthquake

struck central Virginia yesterday afternoon and sent tremors along the East Coast, 

which prompted office buildings from Washington D.C. to New York to be evacuated.

Federal officials say two nuclear reactors were taken offline near quake site in Virginia; 

there was no damage reported.

We are lucky, it didn't happen during our trip.

そう言えば、ナイアガラの転落事故もありましたね。

自分は大丈夫というちょっとした油断は本当に危険です。

これから行動範囲も広がり、怖いもの知らずの年頃のボーイズに

言い聞かせる良い機会となりました。

A few days ago, there was the fall accident in Niagara Falls.
  The carelessness that "I am all right", is really danger.

It was the good chance that mommy remind boys who are already fearless teenager.








ハリケーンはバハマで勢力をふるっています。
進路が少し東にそれたため、フロリダはあまり大きな影響はなさそう?

学校は通常通りでしょう。

ボーイズ、残念でした。。。。。。
