お出かけ、ルン！ euphoric mood

レアの仕事とはいえ、

お留守番がつまらないだろうな～という事は容易に想像できます。

だから、お出かけ～と言われると本当にレアはうれしい。。。。

"Staying at home" is very boring for Lea though it's her job.

So, the words "Let's go!" is very happy for Lea.

どこに行くのかな～わくわく

"Where are we going?".....It's so exciting!

何しに行くのかな～ルンルン

"What are we doing?" .... in a euphoric mood.

ここだけはいや～

"Anywhere but here!!"

ドクターは「ようこそ」って歓迎してくれてるよ～

Doctor said  "Welcome Lea ♡"

そろそろ蚊の季節なので

念のためフィラリアの検査をしてもらおうと思ったら

予防注射も一本打たれてしまいました。。。。

Mommy wanted Lea to receive a checkup for  heartworm

but Lea got another injection too......poor Lea.

体重が1ポンド増え

「レア　イズ　ファイン」と太鼓判を押されました。

Lea gained 1 pound....Oh-oh

but doctor said "Lea is fine!"

病院嫌いのレアは病院に行くといつもぐったり。

今日もとっとと眠ってしまいました。。。

When Lea comes back from the hospital, she is always dead tired...

She went to bed hurriedly.......

気になる? concern

キルトのお教室では、初回作品が次々と仕上がっています。

自分では気になる縫い目など色々とあるものですが

それは次回作にきっと役立つところです。

何より「完成した！」はうれしいですね～

The student of quilt class finished her virgin Hawaiian Quilt.

She was concerned about problem stitch, 

but ”The failure is mother of the success”

Above all, accomplishment is joy!

午後、レアは庭に出て遊んでいました。

ボーイズが芝刈りをさぼっているので、草ボーボーです。

Lea was playing at the backyard the calm afternoon.

Boys were blowing off lawn-mowing.

The lawn and weed grow thick and wild.

何やら発見したレア。

まるで猫のようにじゃれついています

Lea found something and played it ....like a cat.

ハルジオンのようなこの草が

ひょこひょことあちこちに飛び出しています。

Maybe, kind of Philadelphia daisy,

a lot of these grow.

レアは気になるらしい。。。

Lea is concerned about it.....

この種子は厄介で、レアの毛に絡まるとなかなかとれません。

This seeds are annoying because it is very sticky.

あまり本人は気にしてないみたいですけどね・・・

Lea is not concerned.......

行けます! Irish Pub

以前見つけてから、ずっと行きたいと思っていた アイリッシュパブに

フラのレッスンの帰りに行ってみました。

Griffin Road 沿いにある大きな木が目印の The Field です。

Mommy went to a Irish pub which she has been interested for a long time.

The big tree is a landmark of this restaurant "The Field".

お店の中がとても可愛いくて雰囲気があるのですが

今日は気持ちの良いお天気だったので外席に座りました。

 Inside is very fancy,

but mommy chose outside table because today was nice weather.

アイリッシュメニューでおなじみの Shepherd's Pie 

とってもおいし～

ボーイズが絶対に気にいると思う味。

Mommy chose Shepherd's pie.

It's very delicious!! 

Boys must love the taste of it.!!

お店のスタッフもとても感じがよく

思わず薦められた洋梨とジンジャーのパイもデザートに頂きました。

こちらもおいしかった。。。でもお腹いっぱい

The very friendly staff recommended a dessert 

mommy tried a pear & ginger pie.

Mmm, it's great!

ボーイズもお気に入りになること間違いなしのお店なので

今度は家族で来てみよう！

Boys must like this restaurant,

let's come with family next time.

外席があるのですが、レアも来れるかな～？？？

よんしゃい！ Princess's birthday

週末から続いた雨がやっと上がり、今日は雲間から青空も顔を出しました。

At last the rain which continued from the weekend stopped, 

and the blue sky came today from the break in the clouds.

今日はレアの誕生日です

Today is Lea's birthday!!

こうやってレアと一緒に歩いて４年近くたつと思うとちょっと感慨深い

（レアは２か月になったばかりの頃我が家にやってきました）

Almost everyday, mommy goes for a walk with Lea for four years.

It's deeply emotional...

(Lea joined our family when she was two months old)

相変わらず、鳥を見つけて

猛ダッシュをかけるレアではありますが。。。。

As usual, Lea makes a mad dash when she finds a waterfowl....

４歳になりました。

"I am 4-year-old!!"

今年はレアの食べられるケーキを作りました。

お野菜たっぷりのチキンローフ

Mommy made a chicken loaf birthday cake for Lea.

アイシング代わりにマッシュポテトでコーティングして、

レアの好きなきゅうりで飾り付け

完成!!

Mommy decorated the cake with mashed potato and cucumber.

ダディがバルーンを買ってきてくたのですが

見慣れない物体なのでレアはテーブルの下に避難 ・・・・

Daddy bought a balloon, but

Lea went under the table for safety.

Balloon is object not to get used to for Lea.

家族みんなでお祝いです!

The family sang Birthday song.

Make a wish, and blow the candles.

Is Lea able to blow???

レアは何をお願いしたのかな？
