買い物便利 shopping mall

連休が終わり上の子はまた、ドームに戻りました。

帰る前に、学校のすぐ隣にあるショッピングモールに立ち寄りました。

After labor day weekend, older boy return to the dorm.

They stopped at shopping mall which is located next to the school of older boy.

Stonestown Galleria Mall.

アップルストアー、ユニクロ、トレーダージョーズをはじめ主なショップがあります。

フードコートやレストランもあるので便利に使えそうです。

Apple store, UNIQLO, Trader Joe's.....etc

There are food court and some restaurants, seems be convenient.

お出かけ！ sunday activity

今週はお散歩も行く事が出来なかったので、

上の子の運転で、久しぶりにパネラへブランチ

Lea was not able to go for a walk this one week.

Today, Lea and boys went to Panera bread for a brunch.

その後はクリスピークリームに行ってドーナツを買いました。

and went to Krispy Kreme.

レアの分はどれかな？

上の子がオーダーしたこのチョコレートドリンク

ソフトクリームがとけたみたいな味だけど、美味しい

Chocolate Chocolate Chiller...... good! ^-^

家に戻る前に、カーウォッシュへ

何度か経験ずみなので怖くないもん！

Before returning home,  older boy went to car wash.

レアの家の近くに新しくショッピングモールが出来ます。

そこにはレアの大好きなPanera Bread もイエーイ！

New shopping mall open in the neighborhood soon.

Panera Bread is too! Yeah!!

Super Target など一部はすでにオープン

Petco もあります。

Super target, Starbucks, Chipotle, ULTA, Pet Co....

already opened.

もうすぐMarshalles がオープンだって

マミィも楽しみ！便利になる。

日本のケーキ？ not Japanese bakery

マミィは今日クパティーノでワークショップがあり

その帰りに新しく出来たベーカリーLa Terraでケーキを買いました。

Mommy went to Cupertino for workshop today.

After that, she went to new bakery "La Terra"

モンブランはクリームは美味しかったそうですが

土台はスポンジではなくクッキー？タルト？でちょっと残念。

ショートケーキのスポンジもしっとりしていなくてパサついておりかなり残念。

スタンフォードのLa Baguette の方が絶対に美味しい。

She bought Mont Blanc and Strawberry shortcake.

Mont Blanc cream is delicious but tart pastry is so so.

About shortcake, it's a dry cake......

Lea recommended "La Baguette" of Stanford shopping center.

日本のベーカリーと聞いていたのですが、期待はずれでした。

値段も高いし、またわざわざ行く事はなさそうです。

The shop is not really Japanese bakery, also, the price is high.

It's disappointing 

カーウォッシュ Classic car wash

レアの車がずいぶん汚くなってしまったので

近所のClassic Car Washへ行きました。

Lea went to Classic Car wash.

車の中もお掃除してくれるので、

隣接されているお店でお金を払って終わるのを待ちます。

Lea was waiting car wash was over.

あーもうこんなシーズンです。

Halloween season will come soon.

これは１９６４年から使われているストーブ

今日はホットアップルサイダーがサーブされていました。

美味しー

The owner has this stove since 1964

it still work and served apple cider today.

こちらはビンテージのガソリンポンプ。

They have vintage gasoline pomps, too.

ここで車を洗って

カメラに写るサービスも忘れてません。。。

Workers washed cars.....and never forget service coming out on the photo.

車もきれいになってレアもうれしい。

The car is clean.  Lea is happy!

マミィお買い物＠トレーダージョーズ

Mommy shopped at Trader Joe's

このミニブリエールチーズは

大きさはちょうどKcupぐらい。

This is a miniature Brie.

"Yes, my size!".......No, it's not for you Lea.

中にミニチュアサイズのチーズが入っていて

一口で食べられて美味しいけど

レアの要求は強すぎ！

Size is small but taste is great and

Lea's demand is strong.

明るくなった！ light!!

昨日からスタートしたDaylight savings time.

朝は自動的に一時間早起きを強いられ。。。。まだ暗い。

Daylight saving times started from yesterday.

It forces early rising on us.

夕方、ボーイズがラウンド（もちろん９ホール）を終える頃

今まではすっかり暗かったのが、今日はまだ余裕で明るい！

そして、調子のあがってきたボーイズは

ついに４０の壁を乗り越え、二人とも３０代をマークしました!!

After school, when boys play 9 holes, 

they have to hit the ball in the darkness at last hole until last week.

When they finished round today, it still light.

And they were getting into the swing of it,

their score was under 40. Yeah!

ゴルフの後、最近よく立ち寄るのがここ。

PinkBerry　フローズンヨーグルトのお店です。

今日も頑張ったご褒美によりました。

After practiced golf, boys preferred to go to this shop "Pinkberry"

車で待っていたレア

ヨーグルトを見て顔が明るくなったのは言うまでもありません。

When Lea looked the sweet cup, 

her face became bright!

今日の戦利品 got it, love it.

上の子のスケージュール調整がまだできていないため

彼だけお昼前にピックアップ、ランチにハワイアンBBQに行きました。

先日紹介した２件とも違う"Mahalo Hawaii"

ご近所に３件もハワイアンBBQの店があるなんて、さすがwest coast ハワイに近い。。。

The schedule of older son is not fixed yet.

He has only two classes today and mommy picked him up before noon.

They went for a lunch to "Mahalo Hawaii"

There are three Hawaiian BBQ in neighborhood,

west coast is closer to Hawaii than east coast indeed.

上の子はもちろんロコモコをオーダー

マミィはフリフリチキンが食べたいのですが

どこもメニューには無く、BBQチキンのミニをチョイス。

味に敏感な上の子ですが、どのお店も味に大差はなく美味しいそうです。

Older boy ordered Loco moco, of course,

mommy chose BBQ chicken instead of HuliHuli chicken.

Older boy who is sensitive to taste said

the taste of any Locomoco is similar, all of them are delicious.

同じモール内にオープしたばかりらしいドネーションセンター

（日本で言えばBookOff 見たいなもの）をちょっと覗いてみました。

After lunch, they went to new donation center "Savers" in the same mall.

マミィはこの椅子を購入。

値札は＄4.99 でも実際はその半額。Tax 込みで$3 しなかった。

もちろん若干のダメージはあり、でも座面はまだビニールがかかったまま

Mommy bought this chair for $3 (include Tax)

Of course this is not new,  but good deal!

キッチン横のブレックファーストエリアに机を置いて

マミィのPCやキルト制作スペースにしたので、そこにこの椅子をおきました。

すぐにチェックしに来たレア。

Mommy placed her desk at breakfast area,

she uploads this blog, or makes quilt in this space.

She decided to use the chair here.

ここはキッチンとランドリーの間なので

マミィがどちらにいてもここに座っていれば様子がみれるので

気に入ったらしい。。。良かったね。

There is the desk between kitchen and laundry room.

Lea is always able to watch mommy, when Lea sit on this chair.

That's why, Lea loved it.
