レアの庭にはこの季節ならではの花が咲き

Seasonable flower bloom in Lea's garden.

菜園で採れたケールを入れてレアのご飯を作りました。

Mommy prepared Lea's meal with veggie of Lea's garden.

たくさんなったピンクグレープフルーツでジェリーも作ってみましたよ。

収穫したもの harvest time

今日は庭のお野菜をチェックして、かぼちゃやオクラを収穫しました。

Lea checked her backyard and garden,

and harvested pumpkin and okra.

ハイビスカスの木にレアサイズの花を見つけたので

髪に飾ってアロハ〜なレアでした。

Lea found a small hibiscus for her.

家庭菜園 gardening

先日仕込んだ種から芽が出て来たので

The vegetable seeds which daddy planted the other day

begin to sprout.

ダディーが庭に植えました。

Daddy planted them in Lea's garden.

レアは収穫を思って思わず、うふっ♡

Lea imagined the time of harvest and smiled.

思わず。。。WOW

夕暮れ時、お散歩に行ったら

空は絵画のように美しかったので。。。

At dusk, Lea went for a walk.

It is totally the beautiful sky such as the painting......

レアも思わず「わ〜っ」て言ってしまった。

Amazing !!!

にじ nature causes

マミィがバスルームにタオルをかけようとした時

小さい虹を発見

When mammy hung towel at the bathroom,

she found small rainbow.

廊下の反対側の部屋から差し込んだ光が鏡で反射してできていたのですが

The light came from the window of next room.

ちょっと不思議な感じでした。

mysterious.....

自然が起こす事ってちょっと幻想的。

なんかレアも幻想的？

It is slightly fantastic that nature causes.

大御所 grand old man

庭のパームツリー

いくつか花がついているのでカットしてもらう事になりました。

昨年来てもらったおじさん。

さすがに今回は若い衆を２人連れてきました。

The palm tree needs trimming .

The old man brought two young guys this time.

確実に去年より背が高くなっているパームツリー

さすがにハシゴが届かないと思ったら、

まさかのハシゴ合体。うーん大胆。

ひもで結びつけてるけど大丈夫なんだろうか。。。

This tree is so high, and the ladder is not enough.

They united two ladders ....unbelievable!!

それでも、若い衆が昇って４つほど

花の元をカットしてくれました。

Young guy goes up, and cuts stems.

これで終わり？と思ったら

今度はおじさんが上りだした。最後の仕上げをするらしい

大御所登場！ここは若い者に任せられないらしい

が、ちょっと足がおぼつかないが大丈夫だろうか。。。

After that, the grand old man goes up for cleaning.

He is not able to entrust this work to young guy......

無事に終えてすっきりしました。

キュウリ lovingly care

マミィが一週間家を留守にしている間に

庭のキュウリがとても立派に育っていました。

While mommy was away from home for one week,

a cucumber grew to big size.

毎日レアが丹精込めて育てましたから。。。。

Because Lea lovingly care it everyday.

だ〜い好きなキュウリ早速食べよー

 Lea's favorite, indeed!!

山火事！ wildfire

レアがボーイズと一緒にランチを食べにいった帰り道。

煙が立ち上るのを発見！

Lea, mommy and boys found the smoke on the way back from lunch.

山火事のようです。

It seems smoke go out from mountain.

たくさん消防車が走って行きました。。。。

A lot of fire trucks passed on the road.

カリフォルニアは今ドライシーズン。

自然発火による山火事がよく発生するのですが

まさか近所で発生するとは。。。。。

Wildfire season in CA now.

Lea never thought it happened in neighborhood....

３時間後には鎮火したようで、消防車も戻っていきました。

ひとまず良かった。

Three hours later, the fire under control.

Thank goodness!



夜のニュースを見て改めて、被害が大きくなかった事にほっ！

贅沢！ with a dainty tooth

色々実りがあるレアのガーデンですが

ストロベリーは２、３粒ずつぐらいしか収穫出来ないので

Lea gets various fruits in her garden.....but 

One cropping is only a little.

いつもレア姫がお召し上がりになり

たっぷりビタミンCを補給

Only princess Lea is able to eat them.

家族は食べられません。

The family is not able to eat.......

桃の木になっているピーチも２０個ほど

食べごろの桃も少しずつなので

How about peach....

こちらも姫のデザートに。。。。

もう〜最高の贅沢！

だいぶ大きくなったけど、実は？と思ってのぞいたら

こんなトウモロコシの元？を発見。

こちらはもじゃもじゃも出てきました。

レアのもじゃもじゃは今日カットしてスッキリしました〜
