一段落 finished moving

土曜日はダディとボーイズも協力して荷物運びをしたので

今日は残りの大きな家具だけ引っ越し屋さんに頼み

夜には一通り片付けが終わりました。

The family worked together on Saturday.

The mover moved only big furniture today.

Finally, moving finished!

ちょっと落ち着かなかったレアもようやく一段落。

Lea moved and settled in.

今回、TI Moving の井上さんに引っ越しをお願いしました。

見積もりは写真だけでざっくり、電話も素っ気なくちょっと心配でしたが

当日はとてもにこやかにきめ細やかに対応して下さいました。

They were good!

着々と be getting move

引っ越しの準備もだいぶ進み

今朝はダイニングにシャンデリアをつけてもらいました。

天井が高い！

Electrician came to install a chandelier at dining room.

The ceiling is so high!

元々付いていたボックスが弱いので

レインフォースボックスに付け替えてもらい、高さを調整

The original box is weak for the chandelier, 

changed into a reinforce box.

パイナップルのデザインで可愛い。

It's pineapple, cute design.

ここ数日、お散歩もきちんと行けなかったレア

今日は早めに出かけました。

一年間歩いたこの広い公園をお散歩するのも今日が最後かな？

ご近所に引っ越しとは言え、ちょっと寂しい。

These few days, Lea was not able to go for a walk.

Today may be last day in this park which Lea went for a walk for one year.

feeling is sweet a little.

今日も荷物運びのマミィ

レアも落ち着きません。

Mommy packed house stuff in the car,

and Lea was not able to settle down.

レアのお洋服も運びましょう。

Lea's dresses too.

マミィが落ち着かないので

レアは落ち着く場所が欲しかったのでしょう。

Lea's feeling does not calm down because mommy is busy.

Lea just wanted the good place to relax.....

でもねえ〜

but it's too small.

あれやこれや this and that

今日はキルトの日

この場所でのお教室最終日です。

Today is a quilt day before move.

家族にはあまり認められていませんが、

これもマミィの仕事の一つ。

もちろんレアもお手伝い。

The family don't recognize but the quilt class is mommy's important job.

Of course, Lea helps mommy.

出来るだけ本人の意思を尊重したアドバイスをし

完成作品を見て、今後の課題を提示します。

Mommy respects the intention of her student and advised on the best way.

Other student showed her finished work.
Mommy suggests some points for more improvement.

キルトの後はすぐにボーイズのお迎えに走り

After lesson, Lea picked boys up immediately.

ご飯の支度の合間に荷物運び

肉体労働はマミィの役目なので

一緒に行動しているレアもつかれたあ〜

Prepare dinner, drive house stuff to new home.....

well, physical work is mommy's task in this family.

Lea always followed mommy and tired very much.

少しずつ荷物を運び始めました。

今日はとりあえずクリスマスなどのシーズン物やボーイズのおもちゃ。

高校生になった今、決して遊ぶ事は無い物達なんですが。。。

Mommy started to prepare move.

She packed a car with seasonal item and boys' toys which high schooler never play with.

マミィが車に詰め込んでいると、一緒に行ったり来たり

ブーちゃんを運んでいました。

Lea shuttlecocks with mom and was bringing her toy BOO-chan.

本人は手伝っているつもり？？

Probably Lea intend to help mommy...????

でも、姫に肉体労働は厳しかったらしい。。。。

Anyway, Princess was not capable of physical labor.........

新居！ new home

カリフォルニアに引っ越してきて、もうすぐ一年。

またまた引っ越しをする事になりました。

ボーイズがいつも練習に行っているゴルフコースのすぐ近くの家に決まり

今日、無事鍵をもらいました。

How quickly the time goes!

Almost one year pased after Lea moved to CA.

The family decided to move near the golf course which boys always go to practice.

Mommy got a key today.

会社から戻ったダディと一緒にレアも見に行きました。

少し田舎になったので、家も広くなり

レアも大はしゃぎで、家の中をチェック！

After daddy came back home, 

the family went to check the new home....of course, with Lea.

Lea tore around and checked the house.

ダディとマミィは結婚してから１３回目、ボーイズは１１回目

レアは５歳にして５回目の引っ越しですが

ここでしばらく落ち着く事になりそうかな。

引っ越しはサンクスギビングのホリデー前

マミィは忙しくなりそうです。

They are going to move all before Thanks giving holiday.

今日も朝から荷物の片付け

レアもお手伝いをしてくれました。

Lea helped mommy to open the box.

Lea is always helpful!

ついに届いた！ it arrive !!

フロリダでの引っ越しからちょうど一ヶ月の今日お昼前にやっとトッラク到着。
運び込まれる段ボールはボロボロ。。。

運び込むときにも落としたり、天地逆さまでも気にせずにおいたり。。。

割れたお皿や家具のダメージもありましたが、泣きたくなるほどひどいものではなく

紛失物は電動ドリルだけでほかのものはすべて届きました。

Today is the one month after Lea left Florida.
Finally, the truck arrived before noon.

The boxes had a lot of damage, in addition, the mover didn't care about
that they dropped it down or put it on upside down.
Many dishes had broken, some furniture had damage.
But it was not bad so as to want to cry.

夕方にはリビングとファミリールームは一応片付き

ベッドルームも大方片付きました。

後はキッチン。。。

In the evening, living room and family room were cleared,
enough space to sleep on the bed in the bedrooms.
The rest was kitchen.

今年も後２日。無事新年を迎えられそうで良かったです。

Only two days till new yeas eve....
Lea will have great new year's day.

長い道のり a long way

ついにフロリダの引っ越しから一ヶ月が経ちました。

今週の月曜日。ドライバーが木曜日到着すると電話をして来たので

昨日は朝から待っていたら。。。「やっぱり明日」と連絡が。。。

仕方ない！気を取り直して、今日も朝から待っていました。

ところが、「遅れて悪いが、やっぱり明日」との連絡。はあー

「明日は１０時から５時の間。行く一時間前に連絡するから」だそう。

よほど家族の修行が足らないのか、神様はどこまで家族を試しているんでしょう？

忍耐、忍耐。。。でも着実に配達に近づいています。

だって、やっと具体的な配達時間を聞く事ができましたから。。。

長い道のり。。。

確かにフロリダからカリフォルニアまでの道のりは長いですけどね。。

After Lea left Florida, one month passed.

However, the family didn't have anything, because

mover does not arrive at new house yet.

For a while, the truck was missing and they were worry very much

but they was able to contact with driver last week.

The driver said the truck arrived on Thursday......but didn't come.

He said "Sorry it's delayed. We'll come tomorrow."......but didn't come.

He said on the phone "We deliver it from 10am to 5pm tomorrow."........Ha-

They have not been practice enough??

They feel like they're being tested  by God.

Patience, patience..... it steadily move forward.

Because they was able to get the delivery time....finally.

It was a long way.

Yes, Lea knows the distance from FL to CA is so long, though.

クリスマス Merry Christmas!!

荷物の中にはクリスマスグッズもたくさんあります。

届いたらすぐにストッキングを飾れるよう暖炉の上に用意していたのですが、

結局クリスマスには下げる事ができませんでした。

There are a lot of Christmas goods in the belongings.

Mommy bought a new stocking hanger, and prepared hanging it immediately after delivering.

However, it couldn't.......

クリスマスツリーもスタンドやオーナメントが届かなかったので

せめてこれでもと買った小さなツリー

Christmas tree, too...

no stand, no light, no ornaments.......

Boys suggested to buy this small tree.

寂しいクリスマスになってしまいましたが、

ダディの仕事もすぐに決まり、あたたかな家で家族一緒に過ごす事ができ

何よりも良いクリスマスだったのかもしれませんね

メリークリスマス！

It has become lacking Christmas.....NO

Daddy was able to get a new job,  the family all together in the warm house.

What a wonderful holiday!! 

やっぱり遅れる delayed Christmas present

やっとトラックのドライバーから直接電話が入りました。

トッラクが２回故障、ユタではひどい雪。

遅くなって申し訳けないと。。。

我が家のクリスマスプレゼントは少し遅れそうです。。。

Finally, the driver of movers called mommy today.

He apologized to delay the schedule.

Lea's Christmas present seems to be late....

まだ待ってます be still waiting

しばらくムーバーからの連絡が途絶え、

どこの問い合わせ先もだんまりになってしまったので

いよいよ、荷物は届かないのでは。。。と思っていたところ

今日電話があり、トラックはユタの雪の中だとか。。。

どこまでが真実かわからないけれど、

とりあえず連絡が取れて少しほっとしました。

サンタが届けてくれるのかな。。。

Mommy called movers but no answer...

they made no sound about the place of truck.

Lea really worry about the belongings.

Finally, mover called today and said 

"The truck broke down two times and is still in snow at Utah"

Oh No!

Is it true?......not sure.

but it's reliable to have got a contact with them.

Will Santa come Lea's home?

人のありがたみ learn to appreciate someone

レアの生活はまだキャンプのようで、何かと不自由ではあるのですが。。。

Lea's life is still like camping.......but

レアにとっては、そんなに悪いことではないらしい。

ボーイズがいっぱい遊んでくれるので、レアはうれしそうです。

Sometimes, it's not so bad for Lea.

Boys play with her, she is so happy.

マミィも新しいキルトのアップリケが終わりました。

引っ越しをするたびに痛感する人とのつながり、

人と人との輪をデザインしたクリスマスキルトです。

For mommy too.

She was able to finish appliqué of new hawaiian quilt.

When she moves, she always keenly felt the importance of nexus.

She designed it on this Christmas quilt.

夜、おじいちゃんとおばあちゃんが電話をくれました。

おばあちゃんは、引っ越しは大変だからくれぐれも体調に気をつけてねと

マミィの体を気遣ってくれ、

おじいちゃんは、今まで付き合って来た仲間と別れる事がさぞかし辛かっただろうと

マミィの精神面を心配してくれました。

どちらの言葉も、ここに到着したとき

真っ先にダディの口から聞きたかった言葉。。。。

でも、マミィはこれで少し救われました（涙）

おじいちゃん、おばあちゃん、ありがとう。

Lea's grandparents asked mommy on phone

"Moving is hard work, please take care of yourself "

"I know it's so hard to say good-bye to friends...."

they concerned for mommy's physically and mentally 

and thanked mommy for her trouble.

It made her cry because she may be feeling tired a little.....

Thank you so much.

まだ〜？ truck is still in ......

引っ越しから10日以上たちました。

　More than 10 days past from moving day.....

電話がない。。。。

mover didn't call yet.....

電話をしてみたら

まだトラックはコロラドにあるって。。。

Mommy called them ....

the truck is still in Colorado......

早くベッドで寝たいレアです。

Lea want to sleep her bed.
