思い込み Oz The great and Powerful

 今日は「Oz the Great and Powerful」を家で観ました。

The family watched "Oz the Great and Powerful " at home.

１９６３年 Judy Garland 主演の映画 「The wizard of Oz」を彷彿させます。

白黒からカラーに変わるところ、

エメラルドシティやイエローブリックのイメージもそのままです。

ライオンや案山子もさりげなく登場。

This movie remind us Judy Garland's 1963 movie "The Wizard of Oz"

 this one starts in black and white,
then turns into color once the main character enters the land of Oz.
The color palate for Oz The Great and Powerful is very much like the one for The Wizard of Oz.  Emerald City, Yellow brick 

ただのペテン師オズが知恵と技術そして皆の協力で

偉大なるオズの魔法使いを演出し、魔女達に実在すると思い込ませて

エメラルドシティから遠ざけます。

Oz who is a mere circus magician, used his ingenuity and illusion,
at last he convinced wicked witches that he is a great wizard

１９６３年のオズも

ライオン、ティンマン、カカシの願いを

魔法ではなく気づかせる事で叶えていました。

必要なのは、思い込ませるというところ

今回のオズも同じやり方でした。

The Oz of 1963 movie convinced lion, tin man and scare crow 

they had already had the thing which they wanted.
It was belief not magic that was necessary.
Both Oz used the same trick.

思い込みにとらわれて現実を見失う魔女達

思い込みによって本来の力を発揮する事ができたライオン、ティンマン、カカシ

思い込みは成功と破滅のどちらも引き寄せる協力な武器なのですね。

 Wicked witches lost sight of truth by their own belief
Lion, tin man and scare crow unleashed their talents by their own belief, too.
The own belief attracts both success and ruin.

セラピスト therapy dog

レアが家族のヒーリングアイドルなのは言うまでもありません。

As you know, Lea is a healer of the family.

マミィがボーイズにお小言を言い始めるとなにげに席を外し

終わるとすぐマミィのそばに来て

一生懸命慰めてくれます。

When mommy's lecture to boys begins, 

Lea leaves her seat quietly,

after finishing it,

Lea cuddles, and alleviates aggravation.

いい娘だあーー！！

What a good daughter!!

もうセラピストの資格十分だと思うのですが。。。

本当にセラピードッグになると

どこにでも一緒に行く事ができます。

レア、どう？

Lea has credentials of therapist.

To be able to go together anywhere if she becomes a therapy dog.

最近練習をさぼり気味のボーイズ

下の子は、新しい３番ウッドを買ってもらったので

今日は練習に来ました。

Boys lazed practice golf recently.

Younger boy got a new three wood, and they went for a practice today.

レアは以前程、ウロウロとしなくなり

ボーイズの練習を見守っています。

Lea watched for boys' practice.

いつも一緒でいいね。

It's good that boys always practice together.

レアもね。

Lea too.

楽しみに! going to be great!

昨日ダディが２週間ぶりに家に戻ってきました。

日本から戻ってきたので、たくさんお菓子を買ってきてくれました。

前回レアがいたずらしてしまった吉野堂ひよこのお菓子も。。。

食べるのが楽しみ。レアも嬉しそう。。。。でもダメ〜

Daddy came back home after two weeks.

He bought a lot of Japanese sweets.

It's going to be great!

Lea smiles from ear to ear......No, Lea can't eat it..

おじいちゃんの家からはお茶が届きました♡ありがとう。

強風 strong wind

ここ一週間ほど、暑くなったり肌寒くなったりと

気温の変化が一定ではありませんが、天気はよく

今日も真っ青な空が気持ちのよい一日です。

The temperature swings wildly from hot to cold this one week.

However, everyday is beautiful day.

レアも元気よくお散歩に。。。。

公園だけノーリーシュで歩く事にもすっかり慣れました。

それでも、マミィの居場所は常に確認し

ちょっと距離が離れると急いで走ってきます。。。。可愛い♡

Lea went for a walk.

She becomes familiar with no-leash walking in the park.

She always checks where mommy is, and keeps her distance.

She takes a few steps away from mommy, 

she runs hastily......cute♡

マミィの前を颯爽と歩いていたレアですが

吹いてきた風で。。。。あらら

ちょっとセクシーなレアでした。

When Lea walked with a brisk stride, strong wind blew .......

Lea became like Marilyn Monroe.....

オクラホマで巨大竜巻が発生し、多くの被害が報告されています。

比較的竜巻が発生しやすい地域であるにもかかわらず

今回被害を受けた小学校に避難施設は無かったそうです。

７人の子供の犠牲が確認されています。

少しでも被害を最小現に食い止められるような対策をきちんととって欲しいと願います。

出来る限り早い生存者の救出

そして犠牲になった方達のご冥福を祈ります。

Oklahoma have suffered from massive tornado yesterday.

It is heartbreaking to know that two elementary schools were destroyed and

seven students were killed......

There was not shelter in school, even this area where tornado is easy to be generated.

They really need to take measures for keeping to a minimum damage.

Lea is praying for their finding survivors as many as possible and

for all the souls, who were lost, rest in peace.

Star Trek

今日は映画「Star Trek Into Darkness」を観に行きました。

2009 年の続編で、主なキャストは前作と同じです。

Boys& mommy went to the movie "Star Trek Into The Darkness"

In the sequel main casts are same.

カークがキャプテンとしてのあり方や責任を問われ

スポックとの友情も深まります。

Zachary Quintoは本当にスポックにはまり役です。

サイラー役をすっかり払拭しましたね。

そして今回もスポックプライムが出てきます。

Captain Kirk is held accountable as captain.

He promotes friendship between Spock, too.

Zachary Quinto is really typecast for Spock.

It erased the image of Heroes Sylar.

次々と面白い映像を見せてくれるのですが

ちょっと間延びした感がなぜかありました。。。。

英語力不足ゆえ、若干理解度が低かったからかもしれませんが。。。

でも、なかなか面白かったし、ちょっと泣けます。

The story unfolds in sequence, and the picture is interesting, too

However, slightly bored.......maybe, the cause was inadequate English proficiency of mommy.

Of course, it is great as an entertainment movie,

and it makes you cry a little.

こちらは少し笑わせます。

It makes you laugh a little???

のどかすぎ。。。idyllic scene

レアがいつも行くゴルフコースでは鹿を良く見かけますが

今日はこんな所に。。。しかも打席に近すぎます。

けしてガラガラだった訳ではないのですが。。。

Lea always find deer at Santa Teresa Golf course.

They stayed relaxed here....in driving range, near the box.....

There were many people in the driving range.

ボーイズは今日ショートコースを回りました。

コースの３番ティーグランド脇にある池で釣りをするおじいさんと孫

ショートコースはかなり初心者系の人が多いので

危ないように思うのですが。。。。

Boys played par 3 course today.

This grandpa and grandson were fishing at the side of No3 tee ground.

Almost players are beginner,  though.....

そして３番グリーン付近には

レアのお友達？水鳥達

打ち込む人もいそうですが。。。。

They are Lea's friends!?

They were relaxing near No3 green.

５、６番ホールに隣接する池では鹿達が

こんな無防備な格好で水を飲み。。。

These deer were drinking at the lake of No5.

７番ティーグランド前を横切って、

ゆったりとお隣の本コースへ歩いて行きました。。。

and they cut across in front of No7 tee ground slowly.....

汗をかかずにスポーツが出来る爽やかな天気

なんとものどかな午後でした。

It's a beautiful day!! and peaceful afternoon!!
