今日マミィはHULAレッスンの日でした。

来週末、クリスマスショーがあるので、先生もレッスンに熱が入ります。

プロのミュージシャン＆ポリネシアンダンサーと同じステージに上がり緊張～しますが、

ハワイアンムードいっぱいのショーなので楽しみでもあります。

Today was the lesson of mommy's HULA.

Mommy's class will join the Hawaiian Christmas show on next weekend.

Audience will feast their eyes on the show 

because professional musicians and Polynesian dancers perform.

Mommy looks forward to enjoying Hawaiian mood.

マミィがレッスンから戻ると、いつものようにグリニーズを食べ

寂しかったよ～と甘えてきますが、今日は膝の上からなかなか降りません。

日中の気温もだいぶ低くなり、レアも人肌が恋しいのでしょうか？

After mommy came back home, Lea brought a Greenies and ate it.

Lea also requested to stroke her body.

However, Lea was not readily satisfied today.

Will she miss the warmth of mommy?

ボーイズが戻ってくると、さっそく散歩の要求です。

昨日は出かけたタイミングが悪く、いつものプープーポスト周辺のスプリンクラーが

勢いよく水を出していたため近寄れず、お隣のポストまで足を延ばす羽目になりました。

Lea began to demand a walk after boys came back home.

Mommy was not able to approach the Doggy post yesterday

because water of the sprinkler spurted that time when Lea went for a walk.

Mommy had to go to next Doggy post.

今日は暑くないので、早めに行きましょう。

ちょうどミドルスクールのバスが来て、子供たちが降りてきました。

OK! Let's go now.

The school bus just arrived and students of middle school got off.

レアは犬が来ると、”どうしよう”とマミィを見上げ助けを求めるのに

人が歩いてくると、必ず近寄って一緒に歩こうとしたり

ジョギングをしている人と一緒に走ろうとします。

今日は道の反対側のジョガーを発見し同じペースで走ろうとしました。

Lea wants mommy to help her when she meets another dog.

However, Lea tries to approach and walk together with the others
when she meets people.

Today, when Lea found the person who was running on the other side of street, 

she tried to run together.

レアは犬だという自覚がないような気がします。

ダディが家をあけている間は、しっかりマミィの隣で

ベッドの上で大の字になって寝ていますから。。。。

Lea does not think herself to be a dog.

While daddy is not at home,

Lea lies sprawled the place where daddy always lies........

明日はダディが帰ってくるので、今夜はゆっくり

お休みなさい。。。。良い夢見てね!

Daddy will come back home tomorrow.

You can stay with mommy tonight, Lea!

いきなりですが、今朝の朝食は

Taco Bell タコスキットを使ったタコスです。

ボーイズの出かける時間が微妙に違うので

いつも朝ご飯の用意を2回しなければいけないマミィですが、

タコスの時は、具を用意しておけば、自分で作って食べられるので助かります。

Mommy prepared Tacos for breakfast this morning.

Mommy has to make two times of  breakfast because time when boys go to school is different.

If she prepares the ingredient of tacos once, they can eat by themselves.

It's helpful for mommy!!

レアもこのタコシェルが好き。

そしてレタスも好きなので、朝からおすそ分けをいただきます。

Lea likes Taco shell and lettuce, so Lea eat too.

今週はダディがいないので、

ボーイズの学校までお見送りです。

Lea gets to drop off younger boy to the school this week.

マミィはToy drive のおもちゃを買いに出かけました。

この時期になると、Toy drive や Food drive という言葉を良く耳にします。

簡単にいえば、低所得の家庭におもちゃや缶詰などの食料を寄付することです。

Mommy went to buy a toy for Toy Drive.

何か新しいクリスマスグッズがないか

ホームデコレーションのお店 Kirkland's Home へ寄りました。

After that, mommy went to Kirkland's Home to find some new Christmas decoration.

お店の半分はクリスマスグッズです。

The half of the shop is an article of Christmas.

オーナメントスタンドがセールになっていたので購入。

上の子が、5月に行ったWashington D.C で

”オズの魔法使い”のオーナメントを見つけ買って来てくれたので

それを飾るために探していました。

グッドタイミング!!

Because ornament stand was sale, mommy bought it.

Older boy bought the ornament of "Wizard of OZ" which is mommy's favorite movie,

at Washington D.C he went on May.

Mommy looked for a stand to hang the ornament.

Good timing!!

下の子のお迎え、上の子のお迎え

そしてお散歩。。。。と今日の仕事を全部終えたレア。

Lea picked up younger boy at school, 

picked up older boy at library,

and Lea walked.........she finished today's duty.

ふと見るとこんな所に。。。。

Oh! there you are.....!?

”早くサンタさん来ないかなあ～”

レアは何をお願いするの？

”Is Santa clause coming??"

Did you already write a letter to Santa clause ???

大事にして! take good care

マミィの膝のこぶが今一つ良くならず、

内出血していた血が下がってきて、脛のあたりも青紫になってきました。

内出血は次第に体内に吸収され治癒しますが、

吸収されずに固まってしまい、手術をしなければいけなくなることも あると聞き

軽視せずに今日皮膚科を受診してきました。

Mommy's swelling is not cured.

The blood that accumulated in the swelling came down around her shin 

and the skin color turned blue.

Internal bleeding is cured usually because blood is gradually absorbed in the body.

However, sometimes blood is not absorbed and congeals under the skin.

An operation can be necessary to take it out.

Mommy met a doctor of dermatology today.

完治にはまだ1，2週間かかるだろうということで、

先日もらった飲み薬と、1日3回冷やすこと、そして軟膏を処方してもらいました。

膝下の組織を傷めたので、しばらく激しい運動はしないように。

お医者さまは何度もフットボールの選手を例に挙げて、

「それよりもずっと軽傷だよ。」と。。。。もちろんスポーツ選手じゃないですから。。。

The doctor said, it'll take one or two weeks to cure completely.

Mommy has to take an medicine that the doctor of Urgent care center gave her,

ice an affected part three times a day and apply ointment that the doctor prescribed. 

Mommy damaged tissue of under knee and she must not do exercise hard for a while.

The doctor talked about an injury of football player as an example.

"Your swelling is better"........of course!! mommy is not football player.

ボーイズが帰宅後、マミィは頭痛で少し横になっていると、

レアは心配してマミィのそばで。。。。。おっと一緒に寝ています。。。。

Mommy took a nap after boys came back home because she had head ache.

Lea worried and came near to mommy for taking care......???

....no, Lea was sleeping too.....

心配して添い寝？をしてくれたレアのために散歩に行きました。

今日は空一面雲に覆われています。

After mommy's head ache became better, went for a walk for Lea.

All of the sky was covered with cloud today.

途中、他のワンちゃんと遭遇して、歩けなくなったレア。

マミィに抱っこしてもらい回避!!

レアの犬嫌いも相当なものです。

On the way, Lea stooped walk because she met another dog.

Mommy held Lea for passing the dog.

Lea really hate other dogs!

家に戻って、マミィは夕飯の支度。

レアはその間にご飯を頂きます。

After Lea came back home, 

Lea ate her meal while mommy was preparing for the dinner.

今週はダディが出張でいないので、ボーイズの好きなメニュー中心。

。。。というか、マミィ手を抜いています。。。

フィレステーキwith サラダ&マッシュポテト、クラムチャウダー

もちろんレアがチェックしに来ました。

Daddy is not in this week, so the menu is boys favorite.

......in other words, mommy cut corner.....

Fillet stake with salad & mashed potatoes,  Cram chauder

Lea came for joining boys.

今日見つけたOreo のアイスクリームコーンで
デザートのアイスクリームをいただきます。

Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream with Oreo corn. 

お皿を片づけた後、マミィが軟膏を塗ろうとしたら

レアが見に来ました。

When mommy was going to apply ointment, Lea came to see it.

食べ物の匂いじゃないでしょ!

Lea, it's not a food.

”早く良くなると良いね!”

心配してくれるレアでした。

"I hope it heal soon, mommy"
