Birth Day Cake ♥

昨日はボーイズ恒例のバースデーケーキが焼けませんでした。

今年のキャラクターの希望を聞いたところ、

下の子が先日プレオーダーした、11月発売のゲームのロゴマーク。

Mommy was not able to prepare the birthday cake yesterday.

Mommy asked younger boy what character he want.

 His request was the logo mark of game that he placed his pre-order.

マミィが準備をしていると、レアが様子を見に来ました。

 " What are you doing, Mommy?"

 "Are you making a cake?♡”

"Goody! How many can I have?"

When mommy started to bake, Lea came to watch

文字だけなので楽勝!と思ったら

シャープに文字のラインを出すのに意外と苦労しました。

Mommy thought this is easy but

it was difficult to decorate the outline sharply.

ローソクを立てるのに興味深々のレア。

Lea was interested in the candles.

さて今年は何をお願いしたのでしょうか？

Happy Birth Day !!

今日は下の子の14回目の誕生日です。

せっかくなので、どこかに出かけましょうと声をかけたのに

ゲームしてたいのだそう 。。。。

何だかとても楽しそうにバンバンやっていました。

Today is younger boy's Birthday!!

Mommy asked him where he wants to go.

But....He wanted to play TV game.

Boys looked very happy!!

バースデーディナーはレアも一緒に行ける所と

Pembroke Gardens の Brio へ行きました。

We went for a birthday dinner to Italian restaurant "Brio" at Pembroke Garden.

We chose the restaurant where Lea can go with us.

ここは、レアの好きなイタリアン。

マミィのリゾットを少しおすそわけしてもらいました。

Lea got a small bite of risotto.

一番難しい歳と言われる14歳に突入です。

どんな1年を過ごしてくれるのでしょうねー？

Many parents say, fourteen is the most difficult age.

What kind of this year, he will spend?

終了!!・二日目 Final－day 2

JGA Championship の二日目です。

ボーイズにとっては最終日となりました。

今日も二つのコースに分かれ、

下の子はWoodmont Country Club のCypress コースでした。

JGA Championship day 2.

Today was the last day for boys.

Younger boy went to Woodmont Country Club, Cypress course.

朝も張り切って２バスケットも練習。

Younger boy hustled!

He practiced two baskets.

ショットはそんなに良くなかったのですが、

大きなミスショットがありませんでした。

The shot was not good but he didn't miss a shot today.

スコアーが上手くまとまり１位タイでホールアウト。暫定２位となりました。

最終日もこの調子でプレイ出来れば本当にトロフィーがゲットできましたね。

ベストスコアーで終了できたので満足です。

He finished in first place today, and second place so far.

He was so satisfied because he was able to finish his best score.

すぐに上の子がプレイするInverrary Country Club へ向かいました。

今日はダディが上の子を連れて行き、ちょうどスタートしたと連絡がありました。

 Mommy & younger boy went to  Inverrary Country Club 

where older boy was playing.

Daddy brought older boy today.

まずまずのスタートだったのですが、途中で崩れだし９位タイでホールアウト。

結果は暫定１１位タイと順位を落とし、ちょっと落ち込んで終了。

 His score was good until first half

but he lost his score, and finished in tie for 9th place.

 He is 11th place so far.

He was disappointed a little.

２日間一緒に回り初日トップだった Blake。

彼も今日はミスショットが多くスコアーを落としてしまいましたが

とにかくアプローチがとてもとても上手でした。

プレイ中の態度もとてもよかったので

ボーイズにも見習ってもらいたいものです。

  Blake who was top yesterday is really good at an approach shot.

He enjoyed golf.  Nice boy!!

Mommy want boys to emulate his excellence and behavior.

このコースは３週目にも回ったところです。

雷に打たれたと紹介した木がそのまま ありました。

Boys played this course at week 3.

Mommy wrote about this tree that the lightning hit, before.

This was still there.

結果はどうであれ

このような形でプレイしたのは初めてだったボーイズにとっては

とても良い経験になり、課題もいっぱい発見できました。

これからもしっかり練習に励んでください。

良く頑張りました。お疲れ様でした。。。。

Without concern for the results,

this tournament was first experience for boys.

It must have been good for them.

Work hard from now on!!

ラストスパート・初日 Finalーday1

6月からスタートしたＪＧＡ のトーナメントも今週で終わり。

最後は3日間のチャンピオンシップです。

我が家は残念ながら最終日参加できないので成績につながらないのですが

ボーイズの経験のため、2日間だけ参加することにしました。

今日は初日、Jacaranda Golf Club　です。

ここは毎年サマーキャンプに参加しているなじみのあるコース。

 This week is the last week of JGA tournament.

The end is three days tournament.

Boys will be not able to get a result because they don't participate last day.

The participation is good experience for them, they decided to do only two days.

The course of first day is Jacaranda Golf Course.

今日はダディもボランティアで参加。

ボーイズの練習に立ちあいました。

Daddy sighed up volunteer today.

He watched their practice.

スライスに悩んでいた下の子のショットも少しずつよくなり

初日の今日はトップと２打差２位でホールアウト。

 チャンピオンシップでなければトロフィーがもらえたのに。。。と

ちょっとがっかりしていましたが　（´－｀;）

良く頑張りました!!

Younger boy who was stumped about his sliced ball, became good,

he finished second place, 2 stroke behind the leader.

 If today was not championship, he would get a trophy.

 He felt disappointed a little......but

he did great work today !!

East コースを回った上の子のランクは混戦状態

今日はトップと６打差でフィニッシュ。

なかなか健闘しました。

The division of older boy was scramble.

He finished 6 stroke behind the leader.

He made strenuous efforts.

終わったのが１時過ぎ。

お昼に寄ったのはSanrise Blvd にある日本食 KOUME

ランチメニューがあるのでお昼に利用することが多いお店です。

デザートの”もちアイスクリーム”がお気に入り。

Boys finished after 1pm.

We went to Japanese restaurant "KOUME", on Sunrise Blvd.

We use this restaurant at lunch often because they have lunch menu.

This is boys favorite dessert "Mochi Ice-cream"

６時近くになり、散歩を待ち切れないレア。
まだまだ暑いのですが。。。。
執拗に要求してくるので出かけることに。
もちろんレアは大張りきり!!

Around 6pm,
Lea can not wait to go for a walk, but outside is still hot!
Mommy was defeated in the insistent her demand.
OK, Let's go!







しばらくは足取りも軽やかだったのですが。。。

Lea was walking with a free gait for a while......
The quicker you go all out, the faster you are all in....







日差しもまだ強く

The sun still hot.







さすがのレアもばてて来て

Lea was getting exhausted.

家に引き返しました。

"It's enough! Let's go back home."







水鳥を見つけても追いかける元気もありません。。。。

Lea found a waterfowl but she had no more energy....... 






家に到着

Lea arrived at home.





かなりへたばっていたレアでした

Lea has gone belly up.





明日は２日目、ボーイズにとっては
ＪＧＡ最後のトーナメントになります。
ガッツリステーキを食べて明日に備えてください。

Tomorrow is second day of championship and
 the last day of JGA tournament for boys.
Dinner is ready!
Eat a lot and recover your vitality for tomorrow.
