まいりました! knockout !!

先日マミィがキャンセルした友達とランチをしました。

彼女がどうしても日本人のマミィに紹介したいと言っていたお店

Little Japan です。

Mommy met her friend that mommy canceled lunch before.

Mommy's friend really want to introduce this restaurant to mommy who is a Japanese.

"Little Japan"

メニューは全て彼女に選んでもらいました。

まず、前菜のトルティーア

お刺身を硬いものと一緒に食べるという事がとても新鮮でした。

スパイシーツナとシーウィードサラダのトッピングがGood!

Mommy asked her to choose the menu.

This is a Tortilla appetizer.

It was very new for mommy to eat Sashimi with hard food. 

The topping, spicy tuna and seaweed salad, is good!

そしてセビーチェロールとボルケーノロール

サウスフロリダではおなじみの中南米料理セビーチェが寿司ロールの上に・・・・

酸味が勝ってしまい、お寿司はあまり感じず、これはまさにセビーチェ！！

そしてやはりサウスフロリダではとても一般的なボルケーノロール

このお店のトッピングはクリーミーなコンチ貝でボーイズも好きかも？

この二つのコンビネーションはGood! でした。

This is Ceviche roll and Volcano roll.

Ceviche is very typical food in South Florida.

Mommy was not able to feel sushi because the taste was too sour.

This is certainly ceviche!!

 Volcano roll is very typical sushi too.

This topping is creamy conch and very tasty.

These two rolls combination was good!!

色々なスペシャルメニューがあり、

彼女のお勧めをもう一つ追加で注文

They have many special menu.

Mommy's friend ordered one more roll.

その名も　セクシーママ!!　なんというネーミングでしょう。。。。

寿司ロールの上にマンゴーがのっています!!

クリームチーズの寿司ロール (やはりここでは一般的 )は苦手だったマミィですが

マンゴーと上手くマッチしており

秘密！と言われたソース (多分黒酢?) もネーミングほど刺激的ではなく

おいしく頂きました。Good!!

The name is Sexy mama!!  What a name!

Mango slice was put on the sushi roll.  Unbelievable!!

Mommy doesn't like the sushi roll which the cream cheese was in,

but this roll matched with mango sliced well.

The secret sauce (black vinegar?) is not strong,

it's not stimulating as naming.

Taste good!

ここのシェフはもちろん日本人ではありません。

韓国の方だそうです。

寿司に対して固定観念のある日本人にはとても作れないメニューです。

Sushi という名前の全く違った料理。いや～まいりました。

Of course, the chef is not Japanese, he is a Korean, and he is a creative.

Japanese who have a fixed idea for sushi, are not able to make this kind of menu.

This is not Sushi, this is the different food named Sushi.

Mommy took off her hat to chef.

こちらのお店ではお酒の持ち込みがＯｋなのだそうです（＄５チャージ）

マミィの友人が次回は隣のPublix でワインを買って飲みましょうと言っていました。

次回のメニューが楽しみです。

X'mas tree がいっぱい売られています

This restaurant accept a carry-on of the liquor ( $5 charge)

Mommy's friend proposed buying a wine at next-door Publix

and enjoying new menu, next time.
