特権？ privilege?

今日、ボーイズの学校は卒業式。

その卒業式に副大統領ジョー・バイデン氏が出席するとニュースになっていました。

Boys' school is graduation day today.

The morning news said 

Vice President Joe Biden attend at a graduation ceremony.

校長先生はこの学校が選ばれた理由を”我が校は優秀なので”と話していましたが

ただ単に副大統領のスケジュールにあっただけ？。。。いやいや

名誉ある学校にボーイズも通えてよかったです。

The principal of the school said "Our school was chosen because it's high grade"
Vice president's schedule just permitted him to attend today???? no, no, no.

This school is such a good school 

that boys consider it a privilege to be students of this high school .

興味があるのかないのかわかりませんが

何となく朝のニュースをいつも見ているレア。
