今年の夏の旅行 はキャンピングカーを借りて
ナショナルパーク、グランドサークルを訪れる事にしました。
飛行機でラスベガスへ。
The family went to the big challenge this summer.
Renting a RV and visiting Grand circle.
First of all, fly to Las Vegas!
RVを借りました。
初めてのRVにテンションアップです。
Yeah \(^o^)/ RV!!!
近くのWalmartへ食料品の買い出し
Get a lot of foods & drinks @Super Walmart.
さて出発！と思ったら、いきなりジェネレーターが動かない。。。
すぐに引き返して故障を伝えると。。。この暑さのせいなので何も出来ないとの事
えーーーーーっ？？？？？
今週は西海岸全域、熱波が襲い記録的な猛暑なのですが
それゆえA/C無しは厳しい。。。。
気温が少し下がれば再稼働するし、キャンプサイトでは問題無しと言われ
車内はサウナのような状態で出発。
ネバダからアリゾナまで走行距離289mile
Set up!
However, something happened, generator doesn't work,
it means the inside of RV does not have an air-conditioner.
The family went back and told about inconvenience ......but
they said they are not able to do anything because
the reason of breakdown is this extreme heat weather.
No choice, the family drove toward Grand canyon, south rim, Arizona.
They suffered the heat like a sauna in the RV during 289 miles.
グランドキャニオン／サウスリムに到着
夜はだいぶ涼しくなり、一安心。
早速夕飯の支度をして無事一日目が終了
The temperature goes down at night, it saved their lives.
２日目、朝ご飯を済ませて後片付け。
心配だった排水処理も完了。。。(^ ^;)
Day 2
Breakfast, cleanup, and draining black water away....good.
グランドキャニオンのビューポイントを観ながら
次の目的地に移動です。
Mother point
Grandview point
Lipan point
Desert View
The family checked view points and moved to next destination.
ワンちゃんも歩いていた小道
ベンチにはたくさん名前が刻まれていたので
お留守番をしているレアの名前を残してきました。
The family met some dogs on the path.
Mommy left the name of Lea on the bench.
次に向かったのはユタのモニュメントバレー
走行距離197mile
Number of miles driven is 197 miles to Monument valley, Utah.
映画の撮影場所としても有名なナバホ族の居留地です。
This is Navajo tribal park.
２日目はここに泊まります。
星空もきれいでした。
The family stayed at Goulding Campground.
The starry sky was beautiful.
さてお留守番中のレアですが、心配だった初お泊まり
自分の落ち着く場所も見つけたようで少し慣れた感じ。
様子を連絡してくれるので安心して、旅行が続けられます。

Mommy's friend sent some photos of Lea.
Lea seems to be fine......it's really helpful for the family to continue traveling in peace.
