ここ数日夏が戻ったように気温が上昇！暑いです。
今日はハイビスカスティーを作り、冷たくして頂きました。

Mommy made hibiscus tea cold and drank.
茶葉の色もきれいです。

クレオパトラが美貌と若さを保つために常飲していたハーブティーと言われ
アセロラのように酸味があります。
ビタミン、クエン酸、カリウムを多く含んでいるそうです。
美容だけではなく、疲労回復にも効果があるらしい。
レアもさっそく興味を示したのですが。。。
