また食べたの Epcot celebration

ゆっくりホテルを出てブランチに今日もEpcotへ行きました。

やっぱり食べるのね～これ.

今日はちゃんとSlider になっていました。

Poke も食べました。去年と同じです。

After checking out, the family went for a brunch to Epcot today.

Boys want to eat this again, Yeah-, of course!

Argentina と Scandinavia そしてSouth Africa もリピート。

今日は一個ずつゲット～

China の餃子、Korea のレタスラップ(写真取り忘れ）もGood！

Older boy got Beef skewer, Swedish meat ball
and..... Beef filet!!  again.

Pork dumpling of China and Lettuce wrap of Korea ......Good!!

そして昨日食べられなかったLobster Claw

今日は絶対食べる！と下の子。。。でもまずかった～臭いし！

去年はおいしかったのに～残念

クラムチャウダーは普通においしかったです。

Younger boy who looked forward to eating lobster claw, felt disappointed

because it tasted too bad!

Epcot は明日10月1日、30周年を迎えるそうです。

限定記念グッズも売っていました。

Epcot is the 30th anniversary on October 1.
Anniversary commemorative gifts were released.

訓練を受けていないがゆえお留守番となったレアのもとへ
ただいまー！！

Because Lea is not service dog, 

she had to stay at home alone.

今年も行ったよ Food Festival at Epcot

今年もFood & Wine Festival へ行きました。

Epcot Center に到着した2時過ぎ、ワールドショーケースは賑わっていました。 

The family went to Food & Wine Festival at Epcot Center in Orland.

 

ボーイズがずーっとこの日を楽しみにしていた一番の目的は

Hawaii のカルアポーク、入口近くなので真っ先に向かいました。

今年はパイナップルがのっていましたが、ボーイズはよけていた。。。(- -;)

でも、幸せそうに食べておりました～

Boys are really looking forward to eating "Kalua Pork Slider" of Hawaii.

2012 version is with pineapple topping, but

boys didn't want pineapple.

今年は29ブース、ラインアップはほぼ去年と同じです。

Australia のラムチョップは去年の方がおいしかったなあ～残念

Argentina はどちらも去年同様おいしい!

Epcot showcases 29 kiosk  this year, and almost same menu as last year.

The lamb chop of Australia, last year was better than this year.

Boys love the Beef skewer and Empanada.

去年はトライしなかったScandinavia 。。。ニシンの酢漬けは和食でもいけそうな味♡

写真を撮り忘れたミートボールはIKEAのイメージです(^ ^)

China も今年はメニューが変わっていたのでトライ

Steamed Bun おいしい!

 The family didn't try these dishes last year.

Pickled herring taste like Japanese food ......yum!

Steamed bun tastes good, too.

今年一押しのSouth Africa のビーフフィレ

お肉は柔らか～く、カレーソースの味がなんか懐かしい味

どうして去年食べなかったんだろう・・・

Boys highly recommend this.

Filet is very tender and match curry sauce very well.

Why didn't try it last year?

去年はスルーした日本も今年新しくなったメニューを。

珍しい寿司には慣れたので、これはもう普通においしかった！

すき焼きにパンはいらない!!

This kind of sushi roll is no more strange for them.

It tastes good.

But it's not good idea to put sukiyaki on this cheap bun......without bun must be better.

France のエスカルゴはこのまま食べるとただのガーリックブレッド！

 It is better to eat only escargots 

because this mini garlic bread tastes too strong to eat with it.

こちらも今年初挑戦

どちらもおいしいのですが、味が濃い～

 Good but heavy.

色々おいしい物を食べながら・・・お店やパビリオンをみて

ここはタイムシェアリングのコンドなのでキッチン付き2ベッドルーム

お風呂がジェットバスになっていたので足の疲れが取れました～

気持ちよかった。

 Today's Hotel is Westgate Palace.

This is a time sharing condo.

 Mommy loved jet bath.

特別料理 special dinner

今日は週に一度のレアのごはん作り。

Mommy cooked Lea's food for one week.

今週のお献立・・・と言ってもごっちゃ煮なんですが。

オーガニックチキン、煮干し、白菜、ニンジン、ブロッコリー、大根、セロリ

シイタケ、昆布、きな粉、胡麻、ビール酵母、十穀米。

～This week special～

Organic chicken, dried small sardine

napa, carrot,broccoli, white radish, celery,shiitake mushroom

kelp, soybean flour, sesame, beer yeast, mixed rice.

これはレアの為に用意してある十穀米

もちろん人間用ですが、ボーイズもダディもあまり好きではないので

レアの為だけに焚いています。

ボーイズが「紫のごはん」と呼んでいるように

炊きあがるとお赤飯の様でおいしいんですが。。。

This is mixed rice, of course for people, 

but usually, mommy cooks it for only Lea,

because daddy & boys  do not like much it.

Boys call this rice "purple rice"

It taste good.

出来上がったら、一食分ずつ小分けにして冷凍です。

Mommy put it into each meal sizes and keeps them in freezer.

レアは一日一回食なので（3食たべているような気がしますが???）

ちょうど7日分出来ました。

おいしく食べてね。

Lea eats once a day (she always join the table every time???)

自然のプレゼント mother nature

久しぶりにマミィとお散歩!

Lea was not able to go for a walk with mommy these three days.

.....went together today.

パームツリーがオレンジに光っていたので

後ろを振り向いたら

 Lea turned around,

とってもきれいな夕焼け

It's a beautiful sunset.

きれいなので、レイクでしばらく空を見ていました。

Lea & mommy were watching this mother nature's present for a while.

自然の作りだす色って本当に素晴らしい!!

What a beautiful color that nature creates!!

夕焼けの色はあっという間に変わり

暗くなってきたので早く帰らなきゃ。。。。

Beautiful sunset went away so quickly....

Let's go back home!

お散歩は楽しい！

Lea enjoyed the beautiful nature!
