６日目は朝早くケチカンに到着
Day 6
The ship arrived at Ketchikan early morning.
まず木こりのショー「Lumberjack Show」を見ました。
二つのチームに分かれて観客も応援
いくつかの種目で競い合いをしました。
The family went to Lumberjack show.
Two teams competed some categories,
and audience cheerleade their team.
これはなかなか面白かった。
おにいさん達、陽気でGood!
ヨーホー!!
It's entertaining very much!
Yo-ho~!!
その後はTotem Bight 州立公園へ
ドライバー兼ガイドのおじさんは学校の先生だったかな？
しゃべりっぱなしで説明をしてくれました。
夏の間だけアラスカでガイドやっていて、冬場はレイクタホに住んでいるのだそう。
いずれにせよ、寒い所が好きなんですね。
After show, the family went to Totem Bight State Park.
This guy is driver and guide, and run his mouth.
He stays in Ketchikan for five months in summer,
and lives in Lake Tahoe in winter.
He seems to like cold place.
でもトーテムポールにも一つ一つ話があると説明を聞き
下の子は興味を持っていました。
Each totem pole has a story.
ケチカン滞在時間はお昼までと短く
再び船上へ。
it's a short stay, and the ship left Ketchikan after noon.
午後は船内のワインバーでワインのテイスティングをしました。
Daddy & mommy tried wine tasting on the boat.
そして夜はまたフォーマルナイト
メインに頼んだロブスターはサーバーがさばいてくれました。
Formal night
This server took lobster tail out from shell.
ディナーの後
見渡す限りの水平線に沈む夕陽が本当にきれいでした。
This sunset ....too beautiful for words.
最後の寄港地へ向かいます。
toward last port....
