PGAの開幕戦がレアの家から３０分ほどの
サンマーティンのCordeValle GCで行われたので観戦に行きました
なんと上の子はゴルフ部のトーナメントでプレーしたことのあるコースです。
The 2014 PGA Tour season begins this week at the CordeValle Golf Club in San Martin.
This course is near Lea's house and older boy has played in a golf team tournament here.
今回は先週プレジデントカップにも出場した松山英樹に注目
ドライバーもよく飛び、ショットは安定していましたが
パターが微妙に入らず。。。。でも健闘していました。
The family followed Hideki Matsuyama who participated in President cup last week.
He shot long drives but struggled with putter.
今日は御年５０歳のVijay Singh が
１７番のパー４でイーグルをとるなど活躍していました。
２０代と５０代のプレイヤーが互角に戦えるスポーツ
ゴルフってすごい。
Vijay Singh who is 50 years old, hits his 291-yard tee shot on the par-4 17th hole
to 1 foot then taps in for an eagle two.
50's player can stand up to 20's player .......It's Golf.
