やっぱり。。。 expectancy

早朝フロリダを経ち

Early in the morning, mommy left Florida.

昼過ぎに家に戻るとレアがお待ちかね。。。。

When mommy arrived home, Lea gave mommy a big welcome,

でも、すぐにお土産を探し始めたレアでした。ははあ〜(^ ^;)

but same time, she looked for something good......

お土産はなかったけど、マミィが家に戻って安心したのか爆睡！のレアでした。

Lea got nothing .......but got relief.

長い1日 long day

朝から夜のコンサートまで

マミィは長ーい1日を過ごしました。

Mommy spent a long day from morning to the night concert.

レアはマミィがいつ帰ってくるのか待ち続け

今日も長ーい1日を終えました。。。。

Lea waited for returning of mommy and finished a long day.

一人旅 travel alone

今日から３日間マミィはフロリダへ

Mommy visited Florida alone this weekend.

友人主催のウクレレフェスティバルに参加。

Her friend holds Ukulele Festival, and she attends it.

そして宿泊先はホテルではなくお友達の家

She stays at her friend's house, such a pretty and comfy room, it looks like a hotel.

ダディとボーイズは近所の日本食で夕飯だそうです。

How about daddy & boys?

They never cook.

They ate a dinner at Japanese restaurant near house.

今日もまた aGain!

ボーイズは今日もゴルフ

Boys had a match today, too.

そしてレアもゴルフ？

Lea came the golf course today, too.

つかれた〜 exhausted

明け方、南に６６マイル走りボーイズをゴルフコースに送り届け

家まで６６マイル戻ってレアを少し構い、

すぐキルトのレッスンのため北へ１８マイル

レッスン終了後そのまま南に７６マイルボーイズのお迎え

そして家まで６６マイル

Early in this morning, mommy drove 66 miles towards the south and brought boys to golf course, 

for returning home, 66miles again.

After that, mommy went to quilt lesson 18 miles towards the north.

After finishing the lesson, she drove 76 miles towards the south and picked boys up,

and returned home, 66 miles again.

総合走行距離２９２マイル

フロリダだったらディズニーワールドまで楽勝に着いた距離

さすがに疲れたマミィ。

そしてレアは待ちくたびれた。。。。

The distance is longer than distance 

from the house where they lived in in Florida to Disney World.

Mommy was exhausted because of long drive.

Lea was exhausted because go long waiting.

ブランチ Panera

久しぶりのパネラブレッドにブランチ。

もう少ししたらレアの家のすぐ近くにもオープンの予定です。イエイ！

Lea went to Panera Bread Caffe for brunch.

The new Panera will be open near Lea's house soon. Yeah!

今日はThe Plant Shopping mallに来ました。
ここのモールはレストラン、スーパー、ホームセンターなどなど
街中の主なお店がすべて集結しているのではないかと思うほど充実しています。

The Family went to The Plant Shopping Mall.
It seems all of the main shop of downtown.





レアにとっては他のお店の充実より
お腹の充実かな？

For Lea, It's important the improvement of stomach than the improvement of shop

家族ゴルフ Golf!

月曜日にボーイズは個人戦の試合があるので

今日は同じコースRncho Canada GCに下見をかねて家族でゴルフです。

場所は南に６６マイル行ったカーメル。

Boys have a match at Rancho Canada GC.

The family went and played golf there.

ゴルフ場のサインのある所を曲がるとこの看板が。。

プレイは左、お祈りは右。右は教会でした。

There is this sign at the entrance of the golf course.

 Right side is a church.

木の多いコースでフェアウェイキープは必須です。

このグリーン脇の斜面には羊達の群れ

A lot of trees on the course, accuracy is important.

A lot of sheep on the slope.

一年ぶりにクラブを握ったマミィも１８ホール無事に回り

上の子はなかなか安定したプレイで好スコアー

下の子もダディにアドバイスを受け、かなり安定。

この調子で月曜日頑張ってもらいたいものです。

Daddy who has shoulder pain, came back.

Mommy who gripped a club after an interval of one year, could hit a ball exactly.

Boys did a stable play, older boy made a good score.

Keep it up!

匂い smell

昨日の続き。

今日はタッチアップペイントをしてもらいます。

Day 2,  popcorn ceiling project.

touch up painting.

ポップコーンが無くなっただけで、お部屋がスッキリ、

なんだか明るくなりました。

The room looks to be fresh.

でもちょっと臭いが気になり窓を開けていたら庭からお花の良い香り

フリージア、バラそしてオレンジの花。。。。天然アロマです

However, it's smell, mommy opened the backyard door,

nice smell comes from......freesia, roses, and orange flower......nature aroma.

撤去 removal

レアの家には一カ所だけポップコーンシーリングが残っている部屋があったので

取り除く事になりました。

業者さんの作業となると、レアの居場所はもちろんここ。

Painter came to removal popcorn ceiling, because

popcorn ceiling is left only one area in Lea's house.

部屋を全部ビニールで囲んで、なんかETの一場面のようになってしまいました。

looks like one scene of "ET"

水を吹きかけてふやかしたのかな？

すぐに削ぎ落としていましたが、作業はよく見えません。。。

でも落とされたものがこれ。

They sprayed water and scraped it.

下地を塗ったところで今日の作業は終了。

業者が帰るとレアはすぐに部屋に入ろうとしましたが

ダメダメ、今日は入れません。

Today's work is over.

Lea wanted to enter the room, No, you cannot enter today.

でも気になるのでマミィと一緒にちょっとのぞいてみました。

明日ペイントしておしまいです。

However, mommy and Lea took a peek inside the room.

They'll finish tomorrow.

虫嫌い fear of fly

陽気が良くなってきたので、虫も多くなってきました。

もちろん自然にとっては大切な存在。

でもレアはハエが嫌いです。

Because of warm weather, insects begin their mission.

It's very important to the nature world.

But Lea doesn't like fly.

今日も家に一匹ぶ〜んと飛んで来たら、すぐに逃げて

ずっとガレージに避難。

When Lea heard buzzing sound,  she went into a garage today.

実は、ハエが苦手な訳ではなく、

ハエをやっつけるためにバンッ！と叩く音が嫌いなのです。

Actually, Lea doesn't hate a fly, she doesn't like big sound that mommy hit a fly.

レアの中では、ブ〜ン＝バン!!　という図式が成り立っているらしい。

マミィが無事退治すると、やっと落ち着く姫様でした。

菜園 garden

今日はレアのガーデンに色々な野菜の種をまきました。

Lea planted seeds of various vegetable.

ダディが耕した土がふかふかで気持ちがいいのか

何度ダメと言ってもその上に座る。。。。。。

Daddy tilled the garden, Lea enjoyed the soil.

こちらはレアワイナリーです。

白ブドウに加え、今日は赤ブドウとラズベリーも植えました。

This corner is Lea's winery.

White grape, red grape, raspberry and strawberry.

水やりをしたら、点検点検！
