久しぶりの雨。

深刻な水不足だったので、恵みの雨ではありますが

First rain in a while ....and blessed rain, too.

せっかく咲きかけた梅の花が散ってしまうし。

However, the flower for the coming out is falling....

レアは外で用事を済ませるもすぐに家に駆け込み。

もちろんお散歩も行けません。

Lea has to jump into the house after toilet.

Of course, she cannot go for a walk.

サンフランシスコより北の方は浸水などの被害も出ているようです。

降らなくても、降りすぎても。。。。なかなか難しい。

North area is swamped by a heavy downpour.

It is serious even if it does not rain even if too much rain.

夏日？ summerly weather

今日は夏のような天気になりました。

Today is weather like the summer。

ボーイズはCinnabar Hills でゴルフの練習試合。

Boys had a practice match at Cinnabar Hills Golf course.

今年のトーナメントはほとんどこのコースで行われるようなので

良いスコアーが出るようになるといいのですが

レアも応援しています！

They have a lot of games at this course this year.

Lea always waves pompoms for them.

今日はボーイズ練習の後、Buffalo wild wing へ行きました。

いつもオーダーを待っている間はこんな感じのボーイズ。

iPhone が手から離れないらしい。。。

After practice golf, boys and mommy went to Buffalo wild wing for dinner.

While they are waiting their meal......

maybe, iPhone sticks their hands.

家で待ち構えたレア。

もう寒くない Frozen

凍えるような季節は終わり

庭の梅の花がずいぶん咲いてきました。

Frozen season ended.

The plum tree in the backyard has begun to bloom.

マミィが庭仕事をしているとレアもお庭をうろうろ

While mommy was doing yard work, Lea was hanging around the backyard.

梅の木にも上ってみました。

and tried climbing the plum tree.

午後、上の子のドライブでマミィはグレートモールまで行き

Afternoon, older boy and mommy went to Great mall.

映画「Frozen 」を観ました。

ディズニー映画の醍醐味でもある音楽がとても良かったです。

姉妹の愛がテーマでした。

They watched the movie "Frozen"

The soundtrack was really good.

おみやげ bring back something good

最近レアは”お土産”という事を覚え

家族が食事に出かけて帰ってくると、お土産があるのではと期待するようになりました。

今日はダディが、先日マミィが発見したレアのマーカーを買って来てくれました。

”レアちゃんお土産！”と言ったので、すぐにこの通り

Recently, Lea expects something good that the family bring back after dining out.

Daddy bought the maker that mommy found the other day.

Daddy said " I brought back something, Lea!"

Lea grabbed it soon.

上手にビニールの封を開け、

中の紙を出しました。

Lea opened the bag and pulled the paper out.

食べ物ではないけれど、何となく納得したみたい。

It is not food, but she accepted.

今日は午前中練習に行き

Boys went to practice in the morning.

その後、上の子の運転でPGA Tour ゴルフショップへ

初フリーウェイドライブもなかなかスムーズ

After that, the family went to PGA Tour Golf Shop by older boy’s driving.

ドライバーに悩んでいる下の子のために新しいドライバーを探している間

レアもショッピング？

Lea shopped in the store while 

younger boy was trying a new driver.

レアのマーカーを発見！

Oh! it's Lea's marker.

来週からの試合に備え、下の子は新しいドライバーを買ってもらいました。

Younger boy got a new driver for preparing golf tournament.

その後久しぶりに31のアイスクリームを食べました。

もちろんレアもね

After that, the family ate ice cream of Baskin Robbins.

Of course, Lea too!!

ばれんたいん Happy Valentine's day!

今日はバレンタインデー。

街中にはフラワースタンドが出て、

至る所でお花を売っています。

There are many flower stand on the road,

because today is a St Valentine's day.

ボーイズゴルフの後、スーパーで可愛いイチゴを見つけたので買いました。

イチゴが大好きなレアが早速ねらっていますが

チョコレートがけだからダメ〜

After boys practicing golf, they found this strawberries.

Lea wants to eat her favorite fruits ♡

but she can not eat it.....sorry.

久しぶりに after so long

最近は市販されている物があるのあるのですが

マミィのが食べたいというボーイズのリクエストで

久しぶりにライスクリスピー作りました。

Recently, mommy got store-bought rice krispies, but

boys wanted mommy to make home made rice krispies.

Mommy made it after a long interval.

こんな物でも母の手作りの方が美味しいと言って

食べてくれるのはうれしい事です。

待ち構えているのはボーイズだけではないようで。。。

Boys prefer homemade one than store-bought one.

Somebody is waiting to eat.....

おやつを食べてゴルフに行ったボーイズ３日間のラウンドを終え、

二人とも昨年同様学校の代表チームに入り、シーズンを迎える事になりました。

レアがお迎えに行った時、夕焼けが凄くきれいでした。

After boys ate snack, they went to golf.

They finished three days trial and start the high school tournament as varsity.

When Lea picked them up, the west sky was so beautiful.

そして東の空にはま〜るいお月様が。

There was a big moon in the east sky.

それでレアもうれしくなったのか

うっかりリーシュを付けずに芝生に降ろしたら

一目散にコース上の池までダッシュ！！

水鳥の群れを一掃して満足気でした。。。。。はあ〜

マミィも久しぶりにダッシュした〜ヒー

Lea dashed to the golf course and blew up waterfowls.......hew~

Mommy dashed after a long interval. he~~

ボーイズはゴルフのクリニックがあり、

大勢生徒が集まっています。

今日はとってもいい天気

It's a beautiful day today!

平日だというのに、コース上はゴルファーだらけ

Despite weekday, there were many golfer playing.

今のところ上の子はなかなか調子が良いようなのですが

下の子はちょっとエンジンがかからず、

レアが一生懸命応援しています。

The condition of older boy is good, but

the engine of younger boy doesn't start.

下の子は家に戻ってからも庭でピッチング

そして紙コップを目標にパターの練習。

自信を付けるためにも練習練習。

レアも一緒にお手伝い

He practiced pitching in the backyard after returning home,

and also practiced putter with paper cup as hole.

Practice is very important to gain self confidence.

バナナ好き？ awesome banana

レアがバナナ嫌いというのはもうおなじみですが、

今日下の子がバナナを食べていたとき、なんとお裾分けをもらって食べちゃった。

As you know, Lea does't like banana,

but

when younger boy ate banana today, 

Lea got a small piece of banana and ate it.

レアも大人になってバナナが食べられるようになったのね。

と、しばらくしてまた少し上げようとしたら

いつものように怪訝なお顔。。。。あら、さっきはどうしたんでしょう？

Oh! Lea. You grew up!

One hour later, mommy gave a piece of banana to Lea, but

she refused it like always.

気の迷い？？？

バナナと言えば、先日こんな写真を見つけました。

先月亡くなった、波平さんの声優（永井一郎さん）を偲んで

バナナ彫刻職人、山田恵輔さんの作品です。

すごいですね〜

Talking about banana, mommy found photo a few days ago.

Mr. Keisuke Yamada who is a sculptor of banana, engraved it in remembrance of 

famous Japanese voice actor, Ichiro Nagai.

This is the most famous character that he played.

AWESOME!!
